Who owns the oceans??

1) The controversy is that each country gets so many miles where they own the mineral and that is there territory.

2) The concerns of the wealthy nations is the law of how much territory they can have so they cant expand the mineral production without authority and the concern for the developing countries is that they don't have enough money to extract those minerals.
The law protect the developing countries to keep their territory.

3) The USA and Canada should share profits. The same, USA and Canada.
They should both share their profits because there territory overlaps and they are in a way mining in their neighboring countries territory
